Our easy-to-follow reports and ratings based on quality assessment surveys will compare important factors.

• Compliance with state / federal regulations — Is the facility up to par with current guidelines and regulations set forth by the state?
• Resident and family satisfaction — Are current residents and/or their families fully satisfied?
• Overall customer service — Is the staff courteous and attentive to residents' needs? Are current residents' needs and expectations being met?
• Security and safety — Is your loved one protected against danger or loss? Are on-site security systems or officers available? Are crime statistics available for the facility's zip code?
• Nursing staff levels — Are enough nurses available per resident? Is the nursing staff available 24 hours a day? Are nurses courteous and attentive?
• Daily activities — What type of amenities and/or recreational facilities are available to residents? Is there a fitness area, library, activities room, swimming pool? Are there Holiday / family events, crafts?
• Facility cleanliness / infection control — How clean are such important areas as bathrooms, bedding and kitchens? Is there any damage or debris that may otherwise affect resident health?
• Emergency medical services — Are on-call physicians available? Where is the nearest hospital? What type of equipment is available in case of medical emergencies?
• Housekeeping services — Is the housekeeping staff polite and cordial? Are uniforms clean and in good condition? Are service requests fulfilled as expected and in a timely fashion?
• Availability of specialized services — What is available within the surrounding community? Are there recreational parks, medical facilities, shopping malls, movie theaters?
• Basic amenities — Is the facility sufficiently meeting basic needs such as comfortable, heat and air conditioned environments? Is there a bathroom, kitchen, dining area, television, telephone, internet connection?
